Did you ever wonder what happened after the Harry Potter novels ended?  What's life like for Harry's son at Hogwarts after having such a famous father?  (Judging by the title maybe not so many good things? eep.)

J.K. Rowling originally answered those questions in a stage play she co-wrote with Jack Thorne and John Tiffany.  Since most of us can't actually go to London and see the play, we can now do the next best thing!

They are officially releasing the script as a novel of sorts.  How exciting is that?  You can go here to the Pottermore website to find out more about the story and how to preorder the book.

History and Literature is more fun when you can COLOR it

Today is your last chance to participate in #ColorOurCollections.  This is a week long initiative where many museums around the world have opened up some of their collections for anyone to download and color.

Here is one of my favorite pictures from the Folger Shakespeare Library.
Woodcut in Edward Topsell, Historie of Serpents. London, 1608

Or how about some roses from the University of North Carolina Libraries?

A complete list of participating libraries can be found here on the Library Journal website.
Enjoy coloring!
