A rousing success for LCDS's third annual Talk Like a Pirate Day!

There was a great turn out for Friday's Talk Like a Pirate Day library program!  Students came throughout the day to work on pirate hats, skull masks and pirate medallion necklaces.

During the last period, about half of the middle school descended on the library to watch The Princess Bride (and make hats, of course!)

We're pretty sure a good time was had by all!  Thank you to all of the Middle School faculty for putting up with the chaos and graciously allowing the wearing of hats and masks in class!

Till our sails meet again!
